I have had my pair of CA8528 for 7 years and if I did not tear the toe and compromise the waterproof of the boot they would go another 7 years. Holds up to anything you can throw at them!

I'm on my second pare. I first found these working in the North Dakota oil fields. They were the only heavy insulated boot that could stand up to harsh work. Now I'm much further south and they're the only boot that I trust to be a true winter work book. You can't go wrong with this if you need a cold-weather safety toe work boot!

I’ve owned 4 pair of these boots. They are amazing. They last a very long time, but if you’re going to be working on fresh concrete, look elsewhere but for mud, gravel, hills, water, older concrete, this boot is amazing. I’ve never had cold feet, they take a beating, and with all the insulation my feet rarely sweat in this boot. But the fresh concrete just didn’t sit right with them after about 2 months but I had already wore them for 12 months before that. I’d give this boot an easy 2 year last on anything but concrete. Top level boot.

I've owned a set of these for 7 years. The first 3 years I wore them daily until the soles wore flat. Since then I still wear them as a spare set. I've worn these boots hiking, hunting, motorcycling, at work, in a warehouse, in a salvage yard, and through some of the nastiest snow and weather imaginable. Being 800g Thinsulate, they do get hot in the summer, but I never really minded hot feet. The only part that has worn out was the sole and one or two eyelets have grooved, Uppers are still in great condition, actually the only reason I'm leaving this comment is I came back to the website to determine if I wanted to get my pair resoled or just buy a new set.
